The Daikin Service Provider Dashboard is a bespoke solution developed to streamline the onboarding process for Daikin’s service providers across Malaysia.
Prior to this system, the onboarding process was manual, relying heavily on Excel sheets and repetitive tasks that were time-consuming and prone to errors.
The new dashboard was designed to automate and simplify this process, ensuring a more efficient and compliant workflow.
By integrating approval routes and comprehensive reporting features, the dashboard not only enhances operational efficiency but also provides valuable insights through data analytics, supporting informed decision-making within Daikin.
Daikin faced significant challenges with its previous onboarding system for service providers. The manual process was cumbersome and inefficient, with Excel sheets serving as the primary tool for managing data.
This approach was not only time-consuming but also lacked scalability, leading to bottlenecks as the number of service providers grew. Ensuring compliance with Daikin's strict standards was another challenge, as the manual process left room for errors and inconsistencies.
Additionally, the absence of a centralized system made it difficult to generate actionable insights from the data, limiting Daikin's ability to make data-driven decisions.
The implementation of the Daikin Service Provider Dashboard transformed the onboarding process for over 3,000 service providers nationwide. The automated system significantly reduced the time required for onboarding, cutting down repetitive tasks and minimizing human errors.
Compliance with Daikin's standards improved, thanks to the structured approval routes embedded within the dashboard.
Moreover, the system's reporting capabilities provided Daikin with comprehensive insights into their operations, enabling them to make data-driven decisions with confidence. The dashboard has not only enhanced operational efficiency but also positioned Daikin to scale its service provider network more effectively in the future.
